[mythtv] How can I enable My translate for MythWeather(zh_CN)?

I do a Chinese(simple) translation for MythWeather, I get two file 
mythweather_zh_cn.ts & mythweather_zh_cn.qm. I want to test them. Does 
anyone can tell me how can I enable them, What's the next step? BTW I 
have't translated mythtv to Chinese(simple).
