Which convinced me. It is a fairly small bit of code.

Also a lot of people are using minimal window managers, or not
using window managers at all with MythTV.

This lets you set up a user function once for both keyboard and
remote control use.

Finally, by setting this within MythTV it is easier to tell
people how to do it.

Anyway, if you want me to back it out, no problem.
