ok, I just checked the website and the concert is actually at 10PM, and 
is a $12 cover at the door, not $10.  (there is an opening act at 9 PM, 
despite the fact that when I asked last week they told me there wasn't) 
  I still think that 7:30 is a good time to meet, and since I haven't 
heard otherwise, that's now the official time.
