Nope, just do a:
   bzcat xv-xvmc-merge-v9.patch.bz2 | patch -p0

I added some files to CVS this morning, this is pretty close to being
ready. The only major remaining issue is with OSD or the pause frame
on nforce2 when doing XvMC-IDCT output. Debugging output is being
triggered in that case so I expect to solve that problem soon.

I forgot to mention that there is some more documentation in this patch.
I've attached a doxygen config file to extract it. Place dev-docs.cfg
in the docs subdirectory and run doxygen dev-docs.cfg on it from the
docs directory. This will create a dev-docs subdirectory with
documentation for the some of the files in the patch.
