[mythtv] Delaying 0.18 slightly...

I also use outlook and have no problems what so ever with the commit list.
Been using Outlook 2000 and 2003.

I read my email in Outlook. Every commit shows up as an attachment which is
empty. I have to go to great lengths to read each one. I suppose I need to
look into it further.

Must...refrain...from...making...comment...about...running...CVS...without..

The commit gives a description of what was happening and fixed.
