[mythtv] TV schedule grabs for Estonia

Hello,

I created grab_ee and sent it to XMLTV developers. To use that it is also 
necessary to patch MythTV. Would be nice if you can add this little patch 
so that it shouldn't be edited manually each time when something changes 
in grabbers code in mythTV.
