True, but now that we are 0.17 or later, those old tables are an
informative backup, in case the 0.17/CVS DVB code is somehow broken.

More like not clearing tables that don't need
to be cleared, and have some nominally slight value.
(i.e. I can lookup the values without
having to snoop around in database backups,
and can compare the operation of a backend between
a 0.17/CVS tune with 0.16 data, in the same database)
I think the correct way/time to clear these is via drop
table in dbcheck.cpp, and the correct time is just after 0.18
is released.
