[mythtv] Frontend-Backend communication: UNKNOWN_COMMAND

I am seeing the same behaviour on mine (CVS 20050329-1). The backend
doesn't appear to have crashed, as such, but as you say, the communication
between the frontend and the backend breaks down. The frontend has timeouts
and unexpected responses to MYTH_PROTO_VERSION (nothing). I have found a
restart of the backend brings it back to life for an undetermined period of
time (but never more than around 10 minutes).
Is there anything I can do to try to find the cause of this? There is
another thread along the same lines as this - someone has attached a network
sniffer log already.

Subject: [mythtv] Frontend-Backend communication: UNKNOWN_COMMAND
MythTV CVS (compiled 30 minutes ago); backend and frontend running on the
same box.
After using the frontend a while, I get UNKNOWN_COMMAND errors.
Example; deleted a recording, exited the recordings screen and went back in
and I get a message there are no recordings available:
Frontend:

2005-04-09 22:21:05.062 write->12 21 QUERY_RECORDINGS Play:
Backend:

2005-04-09 22:21:05.126 Unknown command:
2005-04-09 22:21:05.126 15 UNKNOWN_COMMAND
This started a couple of days ago; anyone else seeing this behaviour?
N.
