[mythtv] Video Mode Setting screen too big

The new 'Setup->Appearence->Video Mode Setting' screen seems to
be too big and is causing the next and cancel buttons to be cut
off for all scrrens in the Appearence group, even if 'seperate
video modes..'is not enabled.

Some of the the options are cut off for me too, screenshot:

Config is 800x600, xrand, Qt-Platinum.

This probably needs to be split to two screens, ideas?
