full live-tv buffer issue (formerly [mythtv] Upcoming 0.18 release)

Replied to another post on the -users list about this, but wanted
to reply here as well so more people can test this.

I just committed a fix to CVS for this issue.  If you are running CVS,
please update your systems and test this to make sure that this fixes
the issue for you.  I want to try to make sure it's fixed before 0.18
is released.

If you're running 0.17 and want to test the patch, it's available

The only file affected is RingBuffer.cpp.
