[mythtv] New CVS rpms for Fedora Core and RHEL

Hi,

	http://atrpms.net/name/myth-cvs/

has packages for FC2, FC3, FC4 and RHEL4 for your testing pleasure
(for apt/yum/smart/up2date users: It's in the bleeding
section). Backup your database before using CVS rpms, and you will be
able to restore your 0.17 system easily by downgrading the packages.

Note that FC4 is using gcc4, therefore some parts did not built. I
managed to get mythtv built, but left mythmusic and mythgallery out
for now.
