I will send out a patch in 2 weeks or so.. I don't know if I will have touched the CAM code or
not, but it looks to be calling into the dvbdev/dvbci.c functions and rebuilding the PMT.. I
wonder if its really just needs the CAT.. If you can dig into this a bit and let me know what that
class REALLY needs that would be helpful.. Its trivial to pull the CAT and send it to that
function..
