[mythtv] DVB & Kernel deinterlace problems

I've been playing with different deinterlace settings & have noticed a problem 
with 0.16 & the kernel deinterlace with a DVB source. Some stations are 
broadcast in 704x576, while others are 720x576, but it seems that this 
deinterlace method sticks to the resolution it saw first, so it doesn't work 
when moving between the different sizes. You end up with bad flickering & a 
ghost like effect where the two fields are offset horizontally.
