[mythtv] mythtv request

well, imagine mythtv is setup for some kind of "public" access (or a 
hotel room, or anything), and it's normal that a user will want the 
whole system in his language, made easy, if possible when starting it ;-)

because admit it that an german user for example (who doesn't know 
english...poor him:) wants to run mythtv in german, well he'll be 
completely lost.

that was just an idea, but i think it might be very useful.
