On my PowerBook G4 400, can do 20fps with audio, 22fps without.
Prebuffering pauses every 3-10 seconds.
Audio stuttered after the first few secs (once prebuffers used up?).

Maybe we need to add a "benchmarking" routine to NVP, that takes the
first frame received from the decoder, and accurately times a loop
of 100 calls to PrepareFrame();ProcessFrame();Show(), just so that
we can reliably measure any improvements that we make?
