Allen,

I am using the hardware decoder, and I suspected these settings would
have to effect on the TV image as you said. The thing is that it is not
working for the GUI either. The GUI is being displayed on the TV via the
PVR-350 as well. This is more than just an annoyance because most of the
checkboxes in MythTV fall in the non-viewable area. Any ideas?

If you're using the hardware decoder on the PVR-350, those settings
have no affect on the TV-Out. They will change the GUI before you
start watching TV, and they'll change the video out if you're using
the software decoder. The 350 decoding is handled totally differently,
the video is dumped straight into the video buffer on the card, so it
never makes it to X.
