These are graphic images. The theme xml format doesn't support language 
based images yet.
What you can do is create translated titles using Gimp or photoshop and 
replace the existing ones. In the titivilus theme jdonavan has included 
the photoshop .psd template to do this (in the titles folder).
It might be a good idea to create a gimp script to create the language 
based titles based on a xml file and put in contrib. Including all the 
translations in every theme would drasticly increase their size.
