[mythtv] [Experimental PATCH] BIG DVB PATCH V1

Well, I installed it and configured it, and it didn't seem to work for
me :( I'm running a system in the UK with 2 dvb-t cards. No matter
what I attempt to do I get 'tuning failed' :(
I suspect it the transport step I'm getting wrong, I'm entering the
largish value at the start (or thereabouts) of each line in the
channels.conf file. Is this the correct value to be using?
