[mythtv] Audio/Video no longer in sync

I also saw the same problem but was able to fix it by turning off the use
video for timing option. After restarting everything the audio seems to be
properly timed. I also switched from ALSA:spdif sound to /dev/adsp at about
the same time so there are a couple of things to try.

Now that its working I am trying not to disturb it for fear it will break
again :)
