[mythtv] Patch to scan for DVB channels within setup

For what its worth there's already a script that does this (AND does
all the xmltv ids etc) I wrote it up a while ago on the mythtv wiki
(http://www.mythtv.info/moin.cgi/DVBTUKHowTo)

[But I'm looking forward to this patch a whole lot <g>]
