[mythtv] move patch and vsync patch

Hi,

The first patch is to fix the position of the gui when returning from
fullscreen tv viewing.

The second patch is to fix vsync hangs.  When people have faulty x
server drivers, like I did with via, the video display thread crashes
while choosing a vsync method.  Nothing is displayed on screen but some
audio is played.  "waiting for free video buffers timed out" is printed
to stderr and the kernel log has the crash details. This also helps with
nvidia kernel modules.
