As promised, here is the diff for improving the VBI data format as used in 
mpeg streams. It adds a magic cookie, allowing apps like MythTV to recognize 
the ivtv VBI data in the mpeg stream. People who are interested in added 
support for this to MythTV or other programs (xine, mplayer) are now free to 
do so without fear of format changes. This patch should also be applied to 
the 0.3.0 dev series, of course.
