[mythtv] [PATCH] Big audio update redux

I need to go offline for a few days while I dig up my floor to install 
an obscenely big subwoofer (two of them actually).  There is a link 
below with the new audio code - it has also been submitted to Isaac 
offlist, and will hopefully be commited to CVS sometime soon.  Perhaps 
those others working on the audio code can work against this in 
anticipation of it entering CVS.

Assuming everything is settled in a few days (when I have a floor again) 
I will be happy to work on the volume code and also finish merging the 
music player code with the main audio code
