[mythtv] [Patch] German Translations for Mythfrontend

Hi,
I started translating the many missing new features in Mythtv to German.
Although not nearly finished, all the DVB stuff for example, I think this is already a big step forward.

I checked it for the spelling, but maybe some other german speaking could
double-check it.

I attached the Patch as a Diff.
