[mythtv] grr, DVB (uk) channels started moving around...

One thing, if we do get this magic, can we make it automatically put in a 
dummy video PIDs for radio channels which only have an audio PID? just needs 
to  be any video PID on the same MUX.

Myth doesnt seem to like having no video on a recording.
