whilst we all _should_ be moving to unichrome, and we all _will_ move to 
unichrome, the wife's endless watching of Footballers Wives repeats means I 
need to pre-book iseveral days of maintenance slot to make the jump... 

any reason libddmpeg support has been removed? Or is this to just to give us 
all a kick to move along and change?
