[mythtv] [PATCH] MythWeb "record" table SQL error patch.

Hi,

I don't use MythWeb much as I've not got my TV tuner setup and it's not 
all that useful for Music/Movies (which is what I mainly use Myth for).

But I fired it up today to have a peek and it borked on me!

Attached is patch which fixes it. I think this is the correct 
functionality, but I've not really traced the error too far.
