[mythtv] [PATCH] Fix slow scrolling in MythMusic playlist selection screen

This patch fixes the slow scrolling in the MythMusic playlist selection
screen when using the number keys to jump down the list as reported
by several people on the user list.

The problem is in the way MythMusic moves down the list one item
at a time causing lots of  'item entered'  events to be fired.

For me this patch speeds up scrolling, for example in the Artist (A B C D E)
list, from about 15 seconds to near instantaneous.
