[mythtv] [Experimental PATCH] BIG DVB PATCH V2.0 Released

There was a discussion around a month ago about the ring buffer, I think
Isaac has plans to give the whole concept an overhaul, perhaps that would be
the right time to get this feature looked at.

Its on the long term list of things to do, but I am not 100% how to
impliment it
since you would want there to be a seperate ringbuffer for each recording
and I
haven't put enough thought into this.. Not to get too long winded yes its
been
thought about, but not much has been done yet, and I don't know that it will
until after this code gets cleaned up and placed into myth..
