[mythtv] How to crash commecial detection...

Have it run on a 90 minutes of black screen. 

Over the weekend mythbackend started crashing every 57 minutes. gdb
said the segv was in 

#0  0x40182d60 in CommDetect::BuildBlankFrameCommList() ()
   from /usr/local/lib/libmythtv-0.16.so.0

Traced it back to a program that it recorded off satellite. For
whatever reason there was no signal so the whole show was recorded as
a black screen. If you really want, you can pick up the show as
