[mythtv] [PATCH] typo in settings.pro

When an OS X change for settings.pro was checked in, 
"using_joystick_menu" was inexplicably changed to "using_stick_menu", 
preventing the disabling of the Linux joystick code.  This, and only 
this, prevents a "stock" CVS from compiling on OS X.

I've been waiting to see if anything else would need changing in 
settings.pro, but it's been quiet and so I'm submitting this by itself.
