[mythtv] [committed] frontend segfault with 11/12 CVS for OSD tuner display

Strangely even with the newest CVS, it is this UpdateOSDInput call in
HandleStateChange that hangs my XvMC screen on None->LiveTv.  Not sure
why yet.
