[mythtv] MyThTV with ARTS, please help

I haven't got a checkout handy, but there are no reported issues?  
Please try a clean checkout and recompile.  If you have errors then 
please post the issue here with everthing from the the last file 
correctly compiled down through the errors (usually the first error only 
is the interesting one, the others are all cascaded as a result of the 
first error)
