[mythtv] [Experimental PATCH] New FF/Rew mode

If the video is slaved of the audio timing/timecodes then all will be sweet.
NuppelVideoPlayer::Play as a minor change to set the stretch factor but
thats all. everything else should not have any impact.
Ive started to look at reducing the CPU load of FF with the hurry_up flag
but havent had too much time yet.
Since this is a video thing, may be better for me to hold off on this. All
still magic to me until I experiment a bit.
