[mythtv] [Patch] Allow channel change without a channel_number osd

tv_play.cpp has a check to make sure that the channel doesn't get 
changed while the channel_number OSD set  being displayed.  This has the 
side effect of not allowing a channel change to occur if you don't have 
that set in your OSD theme.  The attached patch adds a simple "|| !set" 
to the test.
