[mythtv] Recordings are starting late

Here's some debug information with the patch applied:

Chappelle's Show, recording at 23:30 and 00:00.  The recording that 
ended at 23:33 was "Space Ghost" with a 3 minute post buffer.  Also, in 
this case, Chappelle's Show started late even though card 13 (aka, card 
1) was already free and had been for ~27 minutes.
