[mythtv] [PATCH] Make programinfo return prettier formatted channel info if channame and callsign is the same

Hello Development,

  Before:

  "Kanal 5 [Kanal 5]"

  and  now  it's  just  "Kanal  5".

  If channame and callsign differ they're both displayed..

  (was it the longest topic here so far? yeah hope so :)
