[mythtv] [patch] listboxsetting helptext

Hi,

here's a patch which adds a call to setHelpText in listboxsetting, and removes 
the //xxx in there, cause that was fixed a long time ago. I've also made the 
constructor in comboboxsetting public, dunno why it should be protected.
