[mythtv] [patch] audiooutputoss

Hi,

the attached patch makes the audiooutputoss class not spew 20+ messages about 
my oss device is not found. It also does not close/open the oss device in 
reinitialization. It containes some debug() macros as mentioned in my 
previous patch.
