[mythtv] [PATCH] Channel editor : visible setting (alternative)

If it has not changed since I implemented it, it hides the channels from the
guide.  Unless someone else has added more, the channels still appear via
channel browsing and direct access (but I would think that it would be
appropriate for them to also be "hidden" from those functions as well since
the intention of the feature was to allow the user to toggle off channels
that they may not have on their system like premium channels or channels
they were not interested in, like QVC in my case).
