I've applied this..  Starting to think it may be best to not use it 
automatically with the bttv driver, due to the couple reports of it causing 
too much extra CPU usage...  Maybe a checkbox, like with the linearblend 
deinterlacer ("Fix bttv color") or whatnot may work for everyone best..
