[mythtv] [PATCH] ChannelEditor fix to preserve selection

The attached patch tries to preserve which channel is being edited. 

There is a problem with it, but on the principal that it makes things
better than they are, I thought I'd post it :-). The remaining problem
is, if you edit the channel via the menu popup it still looses the
selection. (I just can't figure out why)
