Did you see my later patch to replace the one that is referred to by
the above cvs change?

In the original patch all programs that had a start time after the end
time were removed.  This worked fine for me because leaving them in
place just caused database errors because fixProgramList didn't fix
them.

The later patch removed the first patch and instead changed
fixProgramList so that if start time is after end time then the
program is treated the same way as when there is no end time.

I haven't seen any sign that my second patch has been applied yet
though.
