[mythtv] Mythfilldatabase fails

It could be because some invalid code in mythfilldatabase. I sent in a patch a 
while ago, and mailed donavan about committing it today, but to no avail.

Anyways, I've attached a patch that might just solve it. But don't bet on it, 
as it was designed to fix no program data inserted.
