The problem is much more generic than I thought. It is not
limited to search rules or the override page.

If I choose any item that is already scheduled to record from
the EPG, progfinder, proglist, or conflicts page, the recording
options page shows the subtitle that is in the 'record' table
regardless of the subtitle for the selected item.
