Meanwhile, I had a new idea. I didn't like the 'large/small icon' option in
the menu. I just couldn't decide which layout to choose.

I have taken out this menu option and extended the video settings menu
instead. You can now independently configure the following items:
- the number of columns (between 2 and 5)
- the number of rows (between 2 and 5)
- whether or not to put a title below the thumbnail
- whether the aspect ratio should be maintained when scaling the thumbnails
or not.

This is much better. You can select precisely what you want and it doesn't
clutter the main application with options.

I have updated the images to go with this change. (The background icons are
now straight copies from MythGallery.)
The eight pre-scaled images
mv_gallery_[folder|back]_[reg|sel]_[big|small].png are now obsolete and can
be removed again from the CVS archive (sorry for that).
