[mythtv] FYI: 2.6.7 and pcHDTV drivers work

Be careful: the current nVidia drivers are known to have problems with 
4k stacks.  It could be that the large stack allocations are only in the 
3D code and you'll never see it (until you run Tuxracer :-) ) but if you 
see weird crashes that's probably why.
