[mythtv] Focus problems with Myth & Xine

I've noticed the same thing if I watch a DVD with Xine, then try to watch
live TV with xawtv.  Restarting the X-server clears it up.

I also have this problem. I'm not launching Xine from MythDVD, just
running it manually to test out some stuff. However I have to reboot to
get video back. Xine itself can still display video OK, but Myth can't.
I'm using a GeForce 4 MX440 with 5336 drivers.
