I should re-read my commit messages sometimes.  The bug mentioned below
only affected trying to write duplicate recordedmarkup entries to the DB,
it didn't affect any video files.  The wording below could be read to
indicate it caused file corruption.

Fixed a couple of old static vars in videoout_xv.cpp that I put in a long
	long time ago by making them class variables.

Fix potential writing of duplicate GOPs/KeyFrames/etc. in the
	*[Rr]ecorder.cpp files.  Bug report and similar patch for only the
	hdtv recorder was sent in by Doug Larrick on the -dev list.
