[mythtv] [PATCH] fifowriter gcc 3.4

I think this should work.  I ran it myself and it seemed to do the job.  
But it is my first patch ever, so bare with me.  It just adds a typedef 
to make fifowriter.h and fifowriter.cpp gcc 3.4 compatible.  RTjpeg.cpp 
is still a problem, but -fpermissive fixes that.  I don't know enough 
about c/c++ to know if casting an lvalue ever does anything beneficial.  
All I know is gcc 3.4 does not like that.  If someone knows an easy way 
to fix that, please let me know and/or submit a patch for that.  These 
are the only things that seem to keep the stock code from compiling on 
gcc 3.4.
